Sometimes the journey comes to a halt without warning. In this episode, we experienced a moment of uncertainty when Éder's health forced us to stop in Dolores, Uruguay. But as we always say: after the storm comes the calm. We discovered that Uruguay is not just a destination of landscapes, but of people with immense hearts. After being discharged from the hospital, we celebrated life by exploring the San Salvador River, trying authentic Uruguayan mate and the famous "chivito" (what a delicious steak!). And we also delved into local history, caught our first dorado and machetes, and visited a place that seems otherworldly: the Grutas del Palacio (Palace Caves) in the department of Flores, natural formations with over 55 million years of history and Charrúa legends.
