Ingredients: Bread: 4 whole eggs 1 cup of yogurt 4 tablespoons of milk 50 g of grated cheese 1 3/4 cups of oats 1/2 cup of wheat flour 1 level dessert spoon of salt 1 tablespoon of baking powder 20 g of seed mix (pumpkin, sunflower and oats) Ricotta and broccoli pâté: 150 g of ricotta cheese 1 cup of heavy cream 1 cup of cooked and drained broccoli 1 level dessert spoon of salt 1/3 cup of onion 1/3 cup of chopped parsley Preparation: Bread: Place the eggs, yogurt, milk and the remaining ingredients except the baking powder and seeds in a blender. Blend until smooth, turn off and mix in the baking powder. Pour the batter into a greased baking pan and sprinkle with seeds and oats. Bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 25 minutes or until golden brown. Yield: 1 medium loaf Ricotta and Broccoli Paté: In a blender, blend all ingredients except the parsley, remove and garnish with chopped parsley. Serve with the bread.
