Australian scientists created the "21st Century Approach" to help people find the right profession, using Artificial Intelligence, specifically Machine Learning. They mapped different vocations with psychological profiles and created occupation predictions based on social media posts and behavior. What would the world be like with that map in our hands?" Ivannia is a leading woman in the area of ​​Continuous Improvement and Innovation. She holds a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Human Resources, is a Scrum Master, and is certified by The Hackett Institute as a professional and expert in GBS operations development. With over 15 years of experience in the corporate world, she has held various positions, always demonstrating a genuine interest in people's career development. She has developed expertise in innovative areas such as Agile methodologies, frameworks like Design Thinking, and Data Science, which has led her to lead multiple corporate projects and programs with a global presence. Thanks to her achievements, she now leads Artificial Intelligence initiatives at Smith & Nephew, where she has worked for the past two years.
