Yolisa Sigcau, the son of now deceased King Zanozuko, was announced by the AmaRhelane royal family as the heir to lead the AmaMpondo Kingdom. The royal family is grappling with deepening divisions with the AmaFaku faction pronouncing their own acting king while the AmaRhelane faction also announced a successor to the previous king coming from their house.
