We organized a grand banquet and touring trip to the Shimoda Itoen Hotel for our Facebook group, "Motorcycle Touring for People in Their 50s and Seniors." This time, we had 22 overnight participants, plus 2 day-trippers, with an average age of probably 63! After a fun touring trip around Izu, we had a grand banquet at the Shimoda Itoen Hotel's Hanamisaki. The all-you-can-eat and all-you-can-drink was a huge success, but the banquet was abruptly cut short after two hours… Even so, the conversation never stopped, and we held a second party in the lobby, continuing the fun until 11 PM! Even as we get older, spending time with fellow motorcyclists is the best!
