【2026北海道ツーリング0〜1日目】いよいよ北海道へ！フェリー乗船前から旅は始まり、フェリー内ではW杯チュニジア戦で大盛り上がり！

This is the first episode (Days 0-1) of our 2026 Hokkaido Touring Series. It started with rain, but we didn't let that discourage us and set off! This year, we once again departed from Niigata Port on the Shin Nihonkai Ferry to Hokkaido. The night before, we stayed near Niigata Station and enjoyed a pre-departure celebration with a senior colleague who I worked with 27 years ago. The next morning, we finally headed to the ferry terminal in the rain. We exchanged greetings with fellow riders gathered from all over Japan, and our excitement for Hokkaido soared. Onboard, we watched the FIFA World Cup match between Japan and Tunisia, and were thrilled by Japan's decisive victory! We enjoyed a fun dinner with fellow riders, and our 11-day Hokkaido touring trip officially began.
