It will be the tallest building in Hokkaido, but the initial concept has been significantly revised. Originally, a single 43-story building was planned, but due to soaring construction costs, the new plan involves constructing an 11-story building on the West 2nd Street side and a 34-story building on the West 1st Street side, connected by a pedestrian deck. The commercial area will also be smaller than originally planned, but the West 2nd Street building will feature an open atrium with glass and a public space for events.
