Skiing Andy's Encore & Rosi's Run at Copper Mountain May 2nd, 2026

This combo of Andy's Encore 🟦 and Rosi's Run ◆ off of the Superbee chair is one I've done countless times at Copper Mountain, on both skis and on snowboards. But this particular video is from the last day of the season for me on skis, so it was a bit of a bittersweet feeling to be ending my ski season, but also a feeling of accomplishment as my skiing skills really progressed over the season. I went up to Copper Mountain for their closing weekend on saturday. Copper had already extended the season another week after getting some late April snow, but first weekend of May was it. The conditions were ok, and in retrospect I should have taken friday off and gone up for some fresh powder from thursday night snowfall. As it was closing weekend for Copper and A-Basin (although A-Basin announced an extension into next week), I wanted to go out in style on my 29th day. So I brought both a snowboard, and a pair of skis, with a plan to do both on the day. I got in 8 runs on the snowboard, and then another 7 runs in on the skis.
