Relax, Unwind... Ignore the Ghost 🇦🇹🏨 Hotel Architect Struggles

🏨Part 13🏨 We gave our hotel a MAJOR upgrade… and immediately paid the price! 😅 In today’s episode of Hotel Architect, I walk through all the big changes we made between episodes including a larger staff room for training, an expanded dining area, a busy bar and dance floor, and brand new guest amenities like a gym and sauna to keep everyone warm in Saint Anton. We even upgraded to larger guest rooms! Of course… none of this came cheap. We took out TWO loans to make it happen! 👀 Things quickly spiral when disaster strikes. A guest freezes to death, leaving our hotel haunted while we teeter on the edge of bankruptcy. Cleaners are impossible to keep up with demand, the staff is overworked (even if they’re well-trained and well-paid), and a critic drops us back down to a 3-star rating. With some careful adjustments, patience, and a lot of scrambling, we manage to climb back to 4 stars and complete the main goals of Saint Anton… but money is still very tight.
