The Management Update Overhaul The latest patch (v0.91 as of early February) significantly changes how you manage the people running your floor: --Skill vs. Personality: Staff now have fixed Personalities (permanent) and Skills (trainable). For a 5-star build, prioritize hiring staff with high-efficiency personalities and train them in the Staff Room to level 5 in critical skills like Service and Maintenance. --Aging & Retirement: Staff now age and eventually retire. Use the Age Manipulator Machine (unlocked via the upgrade tree) to de-age your master-level croupiers and chefs at the cost of aging other, less vital staff. --Salary Expectations: Staff no longer auto-increase salary on level-up.
