Soft and flavorful spinach paratha made with fresh spinach, spices, sesame seeds, and atta. This healthy and tasty paratha is perfect for breakfast and pairs wonderfully with curd or achar. Ingredients- Paratha Dough- Spinach or methi leaves – 150 g Atta (whole wheat flour) – 350 g Spinach leaves – extra, as needed Tomato – 1 small Onion – 2 Sesame seeds (til) – 1–2 tbsp Ginger–garlic paste – as required Green chillies – 3–4 Turmeric powder – 1 tsp Red chilli powder – 1 tsp Roasted cumin powder – 1 tbsp Hing (asafoetida) – ½ tsp Ajwain – ½ tsp Salt – to taste Sugar – 1 tsp Water – as needed Oil – as required Additional- Til (sesame seeds) – for sprinkling Chilli flakes – for sprinkling Fresh coriander – (optional) Oil or ghee – for frying/cooking 🫓 #indianfood #asmr #flatbread
