He specializes in the digitalization of accounting and finance, and advanced accounting BPO (Corporate as a Service - CaaS), supporting the transformation of next-generation CFOs from multiple perspectives. Masayuki Higuchi | Executive Officer, CFO, Fujifilm Holdings Joined Fuji Photo Film (now Fujifilm Holdings) in 1987. After working in accounting, FP&A, and as CFO of European and American subsidiaries, he led management reforms as president of a US subsidiary. He assumed his current position in 2021. He promotes management that balances deep empathy for the business with decision-making based on data. Hideki Someya | Managing Executive Officer, CFO, Resonac Holdings Joined Nomura Research Institute in 1990. After working at a foreign investment bank, he joined Sony in 2015. He has held positions as head of M&A and business CFO. He assumed the position of CFO of Resonac Holdings in 2022.
