Homemade yogurt jelly dessert with peaches, pineapple & banana 🍑🍍🍌

This creamy fruit dessert is so delicious, I can never get tired of eating it! ✨ Easy, refreshing and perfect for summer! No baking, simple ingredients, and an incredibly delicate texture 💛 ✨ RECIPE ✨ Fruit layer: • 200 g canned peaches • 200 g canned pineapple • 1 banana • 300 ml fruit syrup • 2 tbsp sugar • 15 g gelatin + 70 ml water Yogurt layer: • 500 ml drinking yogurt • 150 g cottage cheese • 50 ml milk • 2–3 tbsp sugar • 15 g gelatin + 70 ml water Instructions: 1. Cut the fruit and place into the mold. 2. Bloom gelatin in water for 10 minutes. 3. Heat the syrup slightly, add sugar and dissolve the gelatin. 4. Pour over the fruit and chill until set. 5. Mix yogurt, cottage cheese, milk and sugar. 6. Dissolve the second portion of gelatin and mix into the yogurt mixture. 7. Pour the yogurt layer on top. 8. Refrigerate for 4–6 hours until fully set.
