In a large bowl, mix milk powder, baking powder, garlic powder, and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs and blended cottage cheese. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients in two additions, mixing until a thick, sticky dough forms. If the dough seems too loose, let it rest for 5–10 minutes. Using a wet spoon, shape dough into 5 thick breadsticks on the prepared baking sheet. Bake for 13–15 minutes, or until golden and set. Mix melted butter and garlic powder, then lightly brush over the hot breadsticks. Top with mozzarella, cheddar, and parmesan cheese. Broil on HIGH for 1–2½ minutes. -------- #highprotein #recipe
