RECIPE (4 servings | ~$2.90/serving | ~40g protein per serving) 1 box Brami Curly Macaroni Protein Pasta Sauce 1 medium sweet potato, roasted 1 package silken tofu 6–10 roasted garlic cloves ⅓ cup nutritional yeast Juice of 1 lemon 1 tbsp white miso paste 1 tsp mustard powder 1 tsp smoked paprika 1 tbsp olive oil 1½ tsp salt Black pepper to taste ¼–½ cup water for blending Mix-ins 1 cup frozen peas TVP Bacon Crumble ¾ cup TVP 1 tbsp maple syrup 1 tbsp olive oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tsp smoked paprika Black pepper INSTRUCTIONS 1. Roast sweet potato at 425°F until soft and caramelized. Roast garlic cloves until golden and soft. 2. Blend all sauce ingredients until extremely smooth and glossy. 3. Mix TVP with maple syrup, olive oil, soy sauce, paprika, and pepper. Pan fry or bake until crispy and bacon-like. 4. Cook pasta slightly under al dente. 5. Combine pasta, sauce, peas, and crumble. Add peas at the end to keep them bright green.
