Royal Aenshin Is A Final Boss Of All Time

The Last Elder Dragon we are showing off from the new royal monster update for Monster Hunter Stories 3 is Royal Aenshin. Compared to the original, this fight is way more difficult in terms of what the game asks of you to do. This was actually the first royal I did and accidentally made this harder than it should be by not upgrading any of my weapons or armor for this fight. This fight will have you strategizing like it is a JRPG like SMT: Nocturne where you must think about item use, debuff management, and healing to make sure you can stop Aenshin from nuking you every turn or overwhelming you with his crystal teammates. You must have AOE moves to take out the crystals because they are very dangerous and will take you out before aenshin does. This fight is emblematic of what the royal monster update is in a nutshell. You will have less chances to get kinship and monsters will not hesitate to spam AOE moves on you to end fights quickly.
