AD(H)D e Sensibilità alla Giustizia
In people with AD(H)D, the strong reaction to injustice isn't simply a "great sense of justice." From a psychological perspective, it's more accurate to speak of justice sensitivity: a heightened emotional and physiological reactivity to perceived injustice, linked to emotional dysregulation and nervous system dysfunction. This sensitivity can manifest itself through intense anger, rumination, guilt, emotional overload, and difficulty letting go. This video addresses: – What is meant by justice sensitivity? – The link with ADHD and emotional regulation. – The interaction with rejection sensitivity. – Some clinical guidelines for understanding and managing this experience.
