Oodnadatta track the long way round. World's worst short cut series Ep 3

This @nextleveloz episode of our "World's worst short cut" series we continue our massive trip in our Expedition van and Defender tow car, from Cape Byron, the eastern most point of Australia to the western most point at Steep Point. Road closures start to frustrate us, but we continue to make the best of it. We change plans to make sure we get to see Lake Eyre in flood, and do we make it to the Oodnadatta Track Join us as we cross from east to we?st on some of Australia's most iconic outback tracks and roads in our off road rig - with a few of our mates. We're David and Paula and like many people we've worked hard for 40 years. So we took a gap year from work and did a Big Lap of Australia, which changed our life and outlook. Join us as we work out the balance and the next chapters of our future and travel and options. How much more big travel in our van and how many other bucket list items can we fit in? We don't know but we will find out. We're happy to share our experiences, what goes right, what goes wrong, tips, hacks, mods and the stunning places around our great country. We aren't influencers or professional content creators, we don't have sponsors and 100% of our YouTube ad revenue goes to charity. So please like, subscribe, share and add your comments because it all helps us send some more money to Legacy and RFDS. We'd love your comments, questions and tips. We hope you will like and subscribe and we look forward to sharing our adventures around this magnificent country and from time to time around the world. #lapofaustralia #vanlife #caravanaustralia #newdefender #zonerv Chapters: 00:00 Intro 01:36 Marree and Lake Eyre 05:50 Long way round 14:07 An open road to the Oodnadatta 25:46 Coming up
