Could this be a record honey harvest? In this video, I finish harvesting the home bee yard and bring in a total of 41 honey supers and one deep box of honey. The Harvest I work through the home yard pulling supers, loading them onto the trailer, and moving everything into the honey house. Along the way, I also inspect several colonies and manage the equipment as the harvest progresses. Once the supers are inside, I stack them in the apartment with the dehumidifier running continuously and fans circulating air through the tops of the stacks. The goal is to reduce the average moisture content to below 19% before extraction.
