With Marie, they undertook a major renovation. But with a clear objective: to preserve what had character. The result is a mix of colors, vintage finds, and souvenirs from Morocco and Africa. And a few more iconic designer pieces, like the Eames Lounge Chair and a Roche Bobois sofa. In this video, Nils shares his decorating philosophy. No rules. No "does this go with that?" The structural plans were drawn up by an architect specializing in offices and corporate headquarters. An interior designer then managed the project and designed the custom furniture: a bench by the fireplace, a kitchen bench, storage units in the entrance hall, and a bench in the bedroom.
