We will recall the key figures in the world of ballet who embody Romantic images and ideals, and discuss the differences between Romantic ballet and ballet romantic. As part of the "Romanticism Today" public discussion series, moderators and participants will explore and discuss how the Romantic tradition is developing in contemporary theater, music, fashion, and architecture here and now. Continuing the exhibition's main conceptual thread, exploring the evolution of Romanticism from the 19th century to the present day and the presence of this movement's values ​​and aesthetics in contemporary art, public meetings with renowned cultural figures will be held. Nikolai Tsiskaridze is a Russian ballet dancer and teacher, a principal dancer at the Bolshoi Theater from 1992 to 2013. He is a People's Artist of the Russian Federation, People's Artist of the Republic of North Ossetia, and a laureate of two State Prizes of the Russian Federation and three Golden Mask Theatre Awards. He is a member of the Presidential Council for Culture and Art. Since 2014, he has been the rector of the Vaganova Academy of Russian Ballet. Alena Doletskaya is a journalist, creative consultant to the general director of the Tretyakov Gallery, and the author of four books.
