Lady Gregory: A Local Habitation and a Name

As we count down the days to the 25th anniversary of the Kiltartan Gregory Museum on the 8th August, we are delighted to share this second lecture from Sr. de Lourdes Fahy, one of the Museum's founding members. 'Lady Gregory: A Local Habitation and a Name' was first given in 2002, and in it, Sr. de Lourdes discusses Lady Gregory's life in Coole, her interactions with her tenants and their children at Kiltartan school, her attention to the Seven Woods, and her efforts to learn Irish and local folklore. The lecture is available for viewing here and while it is free to view, donations for the maintenance of the Kiltartan Gregory Museum are very welcome.
