Ultimately, modeling with 3D CAD software like Fusion will result in a better design, but why not try the fun of creating something from scratch using this method first? ★The issues of "slight fractional values ​​appearing after entering a value and pressing Enter" and "position shifts after placement" are due to the software's specifications. 1. Errors due to "angular (polygon)" shapes such as cylinders and spheres When creating cylinders and spheres using "Add Shape (Primitive)" in Bambu Studio, they are not perfectly "circles," but are represented as polygons (polygons) made up of many small planes. Even if you specify a diameter of "10mm," an error of a few tenths of a millimeter (the difference between the inscribed and circumscribed circles) may occur due to internal calculations, depending on whether it's the "distance between vertices" or the "distance between flat surfaces." 2. Internal Calculation (Rounding Error) Bambu Studio manages object sizes not only in "millimeters (mm)" but also in "% (scale)." When a value entered in mm is converted internally to a percentage, and then recalculated into the coordinates of 3D data (STL, etc.), slight discrepancies such as 9.99mm or 10.01mm may occur due to "rounding errors" (similar to rounding to the nearest integer) of decimal points. ★Shortcut keys not explained in the video can be found in the Help section!
