Fly Fishing Montana's Missouri River in July [Episode #27]

In this episode we are fly fishing trout on a hot day in July. We use our drift boat to float a few miles of the river from Pelican Point to Cascade getting out at a couple of spots to fish but mostly fishing from the boat. We use a Hopper dropper combo right away with a Purple Chubby and a Crawdad imitation for the dropper. There are some mayfly hatches later in the day but this combo was definitely the most productive. Another fantastic day in the outdoors of Montana. I hope you enjoy this episode.
