Cuando no te eligen

A door closed, and you were left out: the position that went to someone else, the invitation that never arrived, the circle that stopped including you. It hurts. But what if the deepest pain wasn't caused by the person who closed the door, but by what we did a second later? This isn't a video to convince you that you "don't need anyone" or to teach you how to not feel. It's not self-help. It's a serene look at what we do with our own form when we aren't chosen—and about the freedom to stop shrinking to fit in. Through two ancient tools, taṇhā (thirst) and upādāna (holding on), we walk together toward a place where not being chosen no longer has the power to define you. Tell us in the comments what country you're joining us from today, and what was the last door you stopped knocking on.
