Also, there are many people who refrain from eating them even if they want to because of almond or nut allergies, or due to concerns about oxalic acid. So, I’ve prepared this for you! It’s a super simple 5-minute scone recipe made with 100% oatmeal flour. It tastes just like the Digestive biscuits that I absolutely love! But it’s super easy and simple, so you really have to try making it! So, hurry up and get out that oatmeal you don't know what to do with! ✔️Ingredients (Yields 5 x 5.5cm cookie cutters) 💛Basic Flavor Oatmeal flour 180g Melted unsalted butter 60g Erythritol 4 tablespoons 44g Salt 1/2 teaspoon 1g Unsweetened soy milk 5 tablespoons 33g *Chocolate Drizzle: Sugar-free chocolate 10g 🤎Coffee Flavor Oatmeal flour 180g Melted unsalted butter 60g Erythritol 4 tablespoons 44g Salt 1/2 teaspoon 1g Unsweetened soy milk 5 tablespoons 33g Instant coffee powder 3 teaspoons 3g *Coffee Icing: Erythritol powder 1 tablespoon 20g / Instant coffee powder 1 teaspoon 1g / Very small amount of water 4g ✔️Preparation 1. Rolled oatmeal until the particles are slightly noticeable Grind 2. Completely melt the unsalted butter and let it cool until lukewarm. 3. Use cold ingredients after letting them reach room temperature to remove the chill. ✔️Recipe 1. Add oat flour, erythritol, and salt and mix once. 2. Add the melted and cooled unsalted butter and soy milk (or coffee base) and mix well. 3. Spread the dough to the height of one index finger joint, then shape it using a mold or cutting. 4. Let it rest for 10 minutes after panning. At this point, start preheating the oven. Preheat oven to 180°C / Air fryer to 200°C 5.
