It targets young women who, in exchange for pocket money, expensive clothes, and visits to luxury restaurants, enter into emotional and often sexual relationships with older men. "MySugardaddy" describes itself as "Europe's leading sugar dating platform" and claims to have four million members. But the site, which aims to facilitate mutually beneficial relationships, is also a breeding ground for the sexual abuse of minors. This is the result of our reporter's months of research, which she conducted after creating various fake profiles on the platform. She registered, claiming to be 16 and 14, to circumvent the minimum age requirement – ​​child's play for her. Her profile was quickly created without age verification, and the first male profiles began to contact her. Our reporter received disturbing messages and explicit offers, and she met a man who crossed every line. When she confronted him, he claimed he had no knowledge of her underage status. But – disguised as a 14-year-old – we met him again a short time later, first on the platform and then in a remote parking lot.
