Can I survive a 5,000km Running Challenge? | Red Bull Testing My Limits
In this episode, I find out if I have what it takes to run the nation - the challenge that I’m currently devoting my life to. I went to Red Bull’s elite Athlete Performance Centre in Austria to find out if my body is actually capable of running 5,000km in 99 days. As the first athlete they’ve ever tested for a challenge like this, they had to build a completely custom test from scratch. From brutal strength testing and endurance sessions to analysing my organ health, sweat rate, fuelling strategy, and mindset, every detail was put under the microscope to see if I can survive this running challenge. The results were eye-opening. They showed me exactly where I’m strong, where I’m at risk, and what I need to improve if I want to complete this challenge. Massive thanks to Red Bull and their world-class team for backing me on this journey. I literally couldn’t do it without you.
