Spreading Lime & Working Ground after the Corn Field is Chopped for Silage
In this video I am out in a field that just had the corn chopped off for silage for a local dairy farm. soon after the field was harvested the farm came in and spread lime on the field then worked it into the ground in preparation for next years crop. In the video is a John Deere 8R 310 tractor with LSW tires pulling a New Leader spreader and a John Deere 9R 590 tractor pulling a Deere 512 disk ripper.
