In this video, I show how I "tweaked" the intake and exhaust ports of a new aftermarket cylinder head for a 2008 Honda CG Fan 125 (pushrod engine). Often, aftermarket parts come with burrs and steps that hinder gas flow. I did a basic cleaning and preparation using a micro-grinder to improve engine efficiency without spending too much! In addition to cleaning the intake and exhaust ports, you'll see the process of: ✅ Valve seating; ✅ Proper cylinder head cleaning; ✅ Assembly of springs and valves (with tips on spring pressure for 2002 onwards); ✅ Fuel seal test.
