The Instrumental Case | Learn Russian Grammar
In this video we're discussing the Russian Instrumental Case. The primary function of the Instrumental Case is to indicate the instrument or tool used to complete an action. In this sense, it used without the preposition 'c'. When used after the preposition 'c', the Instrumental Case roughly means "with" (as in "together with someone / something", as opposed to indicating an instrument / tool). Of course there are other uses of the Instrumental Case, as well as plural forms...all of which we'll cover in another video! 😀 Learn Russian with the Russian Readers app! 👇👇 🔑 Unlock the 7-day free trial to try everything out! 📚 All stories are narrated and translated. 🔥 Many focus specifically on grammar, and include video explanations!
