Living on an island near the north pole is everything but ordinary, not only do we have polar bears, glaciers and crazy seasons - we also have weird, random laws. One of these laws is the alcohol card, which gives each citizen of the legal drinking age, a monthly quota on what beverages they can purchase and how much.
