Water Plug No. 2 Spring and Desert Queen Well

Looking for Water Plug Sring No. 2. Know your desert water holes in case you ever need it. 35.693043, -114.892497 and 35.682225, -114.892573 The Desert Queen well was located a few yards from the old spring marl (?) and probablyt how they decided on that spot. The gold mines are where the 16.6 Ma Nelson Pluton contacts and uplifted and extended the 1.7 Ga metamorphics. Since gold in a cooling pluton create brine waters that go upward and then boil forming gold deposits this is probably the top of the pluton as it has since rotated into the Colorado River graben. Miners probably didn't care and just looked where gold had been found... mostly upstream.
