Most people assume that if an exercise is popular, it must be effective. I don't agree. In this week's Coaching Reality, I break down 5 exercises that are often treated like fitness essentials—but in my opinion, are some of the most overrated exercises you can do. That doesn't mean they're useless. It means there are often better, safer, more efficient options available depending on your goals.
