Grounding Practice for Anxiety Relief

When anxiety rises, the nervous system can become activated and attention narrows. To help ease out of that narrowed focus, I've designed this practice to lead you through grounding and breath regulation techniques to assist you in shifting physical tension, calming the mind, and returning to the present moment. I'm so glad you choose this practice to support you through a tough moment. This meditation can be helpful during moments of rising anxiety, racing or repetitive thoughts, or when you’re feeling unsettled or overwhelmed. If you find it helpful, please return to it anytime you need a supportive way to calm your body and mind. I am sharing this as a helpful practice.
