Let me introduce the station. This is Nishimotomachi Station on the Kobe Rapid Transit Railway. 00:00:00 Around the Station 00:01:22 West Exit 00:02:51 Outbound Platform 00:04:35 Inbound Platform 00:07:23 East Exit Kobe Rapid Transit Railway opened in 1968 as a railway connecting the four private railways (Hanshin, Hankyu, Kobe Railway, and Sanyo) that had terminals in Kobe City. At the time of its founding, the company only operated railway facilities, with no rolling stock or crew. Since the entire line was almost entirely tunnel, it was nicknamed the "tunnel company." A short walk from the west exit is JR Kobe Station and Rapid Transit Kobe Station, and a short walk from the east exit is Hanakuma Station. Journaling the flow of people, it seems like many people are heading toward JR Kobe Station, so this station seems a little under-utilized.
