Thank you! Recipe for: Pork Soup with Construction. Easy and Delicious Recipe! NECESSARY PRODUCTS: Pork neck - 500 g. Onion - 2 heads. Carrots - 3 pcs. Red pepper - 1 pc. Potatoes - 4 pcs. Garlic - 3 cloves. Yogurt - 200 g. eggs - 2 pcs. Flour - 1 tbsp. Noodles - 2 balls. Parsley- 1 bunch. Salt. Pepper. Savory Oil. METHOD OF PREPARATION: Cut the pork neck into large pieces and put it in a pot with about 2 liters of water. Turn on the stove and wait for it to boil. Remove the excess foam that forms on the surface of the broth. Simmer for 30 minutes, then remove the meat to cool and reserve the broth. During this time, finely chop the onion, carrots, garlic and red pepper. Cut the potatoes into small cubes. Finely chop the stems and leaves of the parsley. Put a little oil in a preheated pot and add the chopped onions, carrots, garlic and pepper. Add the finely chopped parsley stalks. Fry the vegetables for 1-2 minutes. Add the strained pork stock. Add a little water if needed. You have to judge according to the quantities you use. Bring the soup to a boil. Meanwhile, cut the cooked pork into small cubes. Add the potatoes and pork to the already boiled soup. Season with salt, pepper and savory. Stir and let the soup cook at a moderate temperature until the potatoes are cooked. During this time, prepare the building. In a large bowl, pour the yogurt, flour, a little salt and two egg yolks. Beat with a wire whisk until well combined. It's time to build the soup. Add a few ladlefuls of the soup to the mixture, stirring constantly (this is to equalize the temperatures). Then return the mixture to the pot and stir. Finally, turn off the heat and add the noodles, kneading them lightly with your hand. Stir the soup and wait 10 minutes. The noodles will be cooked by the heat of the soup, it doesn't need to be boiled because then it will become mushy. Finally, sprinkle with finely chopped fresh parsley. Enjoy your meal!
