PLANCHE PROTRACTION Doesn't look like this
Lately I'm thinking that there's misconception about planche protraction. Planche protraction doesn't look like you do the protraction part, but with that you curve your whole back when it should end with that shoulder movement. My thoughts on this form is that guys do this to make the lever shorter = easier planche but I wouldn't suggest to do it like that. Let's quickly remind how the correct planche form should look like.
