On the Girls Unfiltered podcast, Castro confirmed that the 2026 CrossFit Games will include two new gymnastic movements on rings: the Forward Roll From Support and the Backward Roll to Support. 🤸‍♂️ CONFIRMED MOVEMENTS: Forward Roll From Support: A forward roll from the support position on the rings. Backward Roll to Support: A backward roll to return to the support position. 📹 REACTION AND ANALYSIS: In this video, I react to the videos shared by Dave Castro and CrossFit Games, where Jacob Marlow and Trista Smith demonstrate these movements. I analyze how they are performed, what skill level they require (a strict muscle-up and a deep ring pull-up are recommended as prerequisites), and why this has generated so much buzz. 🎥 BEHIND THE SCENES: TRAIL RUN 7200M: I've also included the "making of" the second event of the Games: the 7,200-meter trail run through the legendary Aromas Ranch, which will take place on the first day of competition, July 22. 💬 What do you think of these new movements? Do you think the athletes will master them? Do you think it's a good idea to include new exercises for the 20th anniversary? Let me know in the comments.
