하루 딱6분! 다리라인 살리는 운동 [허벅지&엉덩이]
Hello, this is Tank and Odri. I've posted the squat and lunge plank 30 days challenge on my blog "Tank's Tan Tan World" on November 3rd of 2016. To be honest it's not easy to come up with a exercise routine at home and workout consistently. I had a sense of achievement because a lot of people paid attention to that challenge post and completed the task. So this time instead of posting on my blog, I took a video of working on this 30 days squat challenge with Odri. I've come up with a routine that covers various squat moves and positions in a short period of time in order to lost thigh fats and cellulite. I hope this video helps for those of you who are on diet. The sequence and the effects of the squat in the video are: ※ You can do this routine one time a day. If you want more intensity, you could do twice at most. Literally, it's a challenge so our goal is to do it every single day consistently.
