Michael Piccone - U.S. Army 1966-70 | Vietnam War Helicopter Pilot

http://usawarriorstories.org - Michael Piccone grew up in Northern Illinois and joined the Army after seeing a Life magazine story about Army helicopter pilots. He graduated from flight school as a Warrant Officer in 1967 and was deployed to Vietnam as a Gunship pilot eight months later. After his discharge, Michael went into law enforcement and then became the Chief Pilot for the South Florida Water Management District. He lives in Wellington, Florida.
