Deltic D9000 Royal Scots Grey Speeds Through Doncaster!

In this short video, we capture Deltic D9000 Royal Scots Grey at speed through Doncaster on hauling The Edinburgh Christmas Market Day 1, 27th November 2025. We capture the Class 55 Deltic at what must've been around 100mph as she blasts through at high speed heading from London Kings Cross to York, where the tour would continue from York to Edinburgh Waverley, hauled by 60532 Blue Peter. Overall, a brilliant trip to Doncaster to capture D9000 speeding through her former territory, showing that she has certainly still go it with both engines fully roaring through with a classic Deltic at speed performance. Fantastic! It was also nice to see Black Five 44871 on The York Yultide Express, however this does not feature in the video due to passing on a yellow signal before pulling into Arksey Loop.
