Spyderco Magnamax Manix 2 edge retention testing. Does this steel live up to the hype or not?

Spyderco Magnamax Manix 2 edge retention testing. How well did this example do? What does it compare to? Does it live up to the hype? This was tested on the factory edge in a one inch section. Tested the same as always on the third and fourth edge. Sharpened on the KME from 300 to 1500 grit diamond plates. Stropped 5 passes per side on 6, 3, and 1 micron diamond paste on my testing strop.
