Based on solid pelvic stability, it leads to a safe flow that lengthens the front of the chest and uses the muscles around the shoulder blades in a healthy way. 😉🌿 Feel the full refreshing sensation as your chest expands with every inhale and the heavy fatigue in your shoulders drops away with every exhale. 💕 After finishing the practice, your chest and head will feel clear, and breathing will feel much more comfortable.
