“Atomic Habits” & the Quiet Spark Inside Us
From Habits to Healing: A Reflection on Atomic Habits Everything Starts Within. In today’s episode, I reflect on the well-known book Atomic Habits and translate its ideas into our daily lives — to help you see how everything we learn can be adjusted to your own personality. This episode begins with Atomic Habits, moves into the idea of finding your own light, and ends with a conversation about the relationship between social media and spirituality. (I know that sounds wild but give it a chance) My intention is to bring spirituality closer to people — because many are afraid of what they don’t yet understand, and spirituality is often one of those things. But there is no ‘right’ definition for it; it begins within, and we each shape our own perception of what spirituality means to us. (That’s the actual wild thing, sorry) I also talk about how social media can be used to awaken people — a movement that might start to unfold in 2026. #AtomicHabits #spirituality #selfgrowthpodcast #mindsetshifts #2026
