Remote Worker Sues Company After Being Fired

Christopher Valdez claims that despite being one of the most productive employees at his company, he was fired simply because he works remotely. Christopher argues that his boss, Valerie Stone, is anti-remote work and demands that all employees return to the office so she can micro-manage and stifle their creativity. As CEO responsible for the company's financial well-being, Mrs. Stone argues that Christopher was fired because he is a subpar employee; plain and simple.
