Woman Sued For Not Paying Half On First Date

Daniel Martos and Brianna Avery agreed to go out on a first date at a fancy restaurant in Mango Park. They did not agree, however, on how much food to order and who would be paying for the bill. After ordering almost the entire menu and racking up over $2000 in charges, Brianna decided to leave the restaurant, sticking Daniel with the entire bill. Now Mr. Martos takes his case to court arguing that she was never really interested in getting to know him at all, she was just after an extravagant meal. Daniel pleads with Judge Porter to restore balance to the dating world by not allowing this woman to get away with dining and dashing on another man's dime.
