Meditation: A Refraction of Consciousness

In the early stages of our investigation we make a clear distinction between the subject and object of experience, the knower and the known. In this meditation we collapse this distinction, exploring hearing and seeing to find that all experience arises in and is made of consciousness. We contemplate the implications of this understanding on our relationships with ourselves, others and the world.
