Place the first baking sheet in a cold oven at 190°C to 200°C (375°F to 400°F). Bake for about 25 minutes using conventional oven heating, then bake the second for only 20 minutes. Cookie Recipe ▶ 100 g powdered sugar 200 g cold butter 370 g flour 1 egg 1 tsp vanilla extract a pinch of salt Knead everything together and refrigerate the dough, covered, for one hour. Then roll out the dough and cut out shapes. Bake at a preheated oven of 180°C for 10-15 minutes.
