Stormwater Fundamentals Series – Exclusion Solutions

This webinar, held on 6th May 2026, was session #7 of the 2026 ‘Stormwater Fundamentals’ series, and focussed on exclusion solutions for stormwater – something that few want to deal with, but all stormwater professionals need to know about. Nobody wants people dying in their stormwater – and this webinar aims to tell you what to do, to hopefully ensure that doesn’t happen. The webinar includes: • A brief history of the issue • Current advice, and what is coming • What steps groups (particularly Councils) will be taking to minimise their legal liability in this space • Technical solutions • Administrative solutions The webinar included a short presentation by Optimal Stormwater’s Murray Powell, followed by Q&A with attendees.
